Clarithromycin tablets

Babies administered as a suspension in a dose of 7.5 mg / kg every 12 hours maximum daily dose -. 500 mg. Duration of treatment - 7-10 days.
Clarithromycin tablets
In patients with renal insufficiency, CC less than 30 ml / min - 250 mg per day (once), in severe infections - 250 mg 2 r / d. The maximum duration of treatment in this patient group - 14 days.
Contraindications
• Hypersensitivity.
• Age up to 6 months.
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• Simultaneous administration of cisapride, pimozide, terfenadine, lincosamides, chloramphenicol.
